Best Travel Pants for Women

Best Travel Pants for Women

June 18, 2019

Whenever I hit the road, I hit my closet for my two favorite pants. Both are as comfortable as can be, don’t wrinkle and keep me looking posh.

Vince Camuto leggings:

Although there are several styles, my favorite is the Side Zip Stretch Twill Pants (in black).

Here’s why: I like traveling in a pair of pants that feel as comfortable as sweats but look tailored. I use these legging on the plane with a comfy tank top and layer it with a soft cashmere poncho. I can wear boots or sneakers just the same and look pulled together, stylish and chic. I also layer it under a flowy dress to resemble tights which keeps me warmer on a cold fall/winter day exploring about.

Note: For a little zing, Vince Camuto also makes an amazing Faux Leather Legging. It’s a great edgy alternative to the average legging.

Eileen Fisher wide leg wool ankle pant:

Here’s why: These well made and even more important, well fitting pant are a great addition to my travel wardrobe. Navy is best. Because I love mixing navy and black together, I want variety to my otherwise mostly basic black transit clothing. A cropped pant showcases my lively shoes and the wide leg conveys chic for days! I wear them the first time with a pretty blouse and heels for dinner and then another day with a funky sweatshirt and modern sneakers for site-seeing.

Both pants are a 2-fer!

Travel note: I NEVER pack an item that I cannot use two different ways.
